Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day from the UK, and every order is tracked. If you need an item sent as soon as possible, send us a message on the website chat or email hello@rainbowrocks.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3, or free on orders over £65. Delivers about 2 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3.99, or free on orders over £95. Usually delivers 1 working day after dispatch.

Europe

• Tracked shipping - £6, or free on orders over £95. 4-9 business days after dispatch.
• UPS Express - £19, or free on orders over £200. 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Orders to the European Union and Norway are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

United States

• Tracked shipping - £6, or free on orders over £95. Usually 5-7 working days after dispatch (Royal Mail delivery aim).
• UPS Express - £28, or free on orders over £200. 2-4 business days after dispatch.

All US orders include duties and import taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Rest of the world

• Tracked shipping - £6, or free on orders over £95. Usually 7-14 working days after dispatch.
• UPS Express - £28, or free on orders over £200. 3-4 working days after dispatch.

For countries outside the US, EU and Norway, local customs charges may apply. These are set by your country's customs authority.

Gift orders

Every order arrives in Rainbow Rocks gift packaging. If you're sending straight to someone, just enter their address at checkout - prices and invoices are never included in the parcel.
