Delivery & Returns
Most jewellery orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for service, which takes 1-3 working days but recently there have been some delays due to COVID19. Delivery to certain parts of the country can take over a week by 1st class, so please accept my sincere apology if that happens. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail or other third parties but we will try our best to help you track your order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed service.
Europe delivery usually takes around 5 - 7 working days.
Rest of the world delivery usually takes around 7 - 12 working days.
Under the current circumstances, it may take much longer than usual to arrive due to COVID19. Please allow up to 14 days for deliveries to Europe and up to 24 days for deliveries to the rest of the world.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Pierced earrings for hygiene reasons
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your returned items must be in unworn and undamaged condition, otherwise your return may be rejected. You must send back the items in their original packaging including the postal packaging, jewellery boxes, marketing materials, freebies, etc.
Please obtain proof of receipt for your post in case of loss during transit. We highly advise using a tracked or signed-for service for your return (although it's not necessary to use Special Delivery unless your order value is over £50).
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility if your returning order is lost or damaged during transit and we suggest you submit a claim with the courier directly.
We will notify you once we've received your return and process the refund once your return is accepted. We aim to issue you a full refund within 48 hours of receiving your return.
