Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday).

United Kingdom

  • Standard Tracked (2–3 working days): £2.80
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £65
  • Free UK Express (1–2 working days) on orders over £95

United States — DDP (Duties & Taxes Included)

  • Tracked shipping (4–9 working days): £6
  • Free US shipping on orders over £95
  • Free UPS Express (2–4 working days) on orders over £200

All duties and import taxes are included — no additional charges on delivery.

Europe

  • Tracked shipping (4–9 working days): £6
  • Free shipping on orders over £95
  • UPS Express (2–4 working days): £19
  • Free UPS Express on orders over £200

Rest of World

  • Tracked shipping (7–12 working days): £6
  • Free shipping on orders over £95
  • Free UPS Express on orders over £200

Important Information

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
  • Tracking may pause while parcels are in transit or awaiting customs clearance — this is normal.
  • Certain items may have longer processing times, so please check the individual product page before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your jewellery — but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

To start a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via live chat or at hello@rainbowrocks.co.uk, including your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of receiving our approval.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging (including boxes and inserts)

Exchanges

Worried about ordering the wrong size? We offer easy, free exchanges to make sure it's just right.

Whether it's a different size, style, or gemstone, we're happy to help. Simply get in touch and we'll send instructions on how to return your piece — once we receive it, we'll send your replacement out straight away.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene, custom-work, and made-to-order reasons, we're unable to accept returns on:

  • Personalised pieces
  • Solid gold rings which are custom made
  • Earrings, unless faulty

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Please retain proof of postage.
We're unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional working days for your bank to show the refund in your account.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via live chat or at hello@rainbowrocks.co.uk with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it out at no cost to you — covered by our 365-day guarantee on manufacturing faults.
